The Spring Fashion Fête, An evening of AAPI Fashion, Shopping and Fun! Presented by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce and Yas Media at DC’s Hotel Zena.

The Spring Fashion Fête brings together Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) designers and small businesses and aims to highlight their creativity and talents in the nation's capital during the month of May, which is Asian American and Pacific Islander Awareness month. Through this event, the Spring Fashion Fête creates awareness around the successes of the AAPI community and celebrates AAPI - owned businesses. The evening will be made up of a pop - up shop, fashion show and reception.

POP - UP: The evening kicks off at 5:30 pm with an opportunity for attendees to shop goods from local AAPI brands and vendors.

FASHION SHOW: The Fashion Show will begin at 7:00 pm with a welcome from local Asian American organizations showcasing four Asian American owned shops and brands. An emcee will announce each garment and music will play as models

RECEPTION: Attendees will have the opportunity to meet participants, enjoy refreshments and small bites by the hosts, after 7:30 pm. DC’s stylish and diverse community will have the chance to meet designers and other members of the AAPI fashion community.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Asian American Chamber of Commerce Foundation which provides scholarships and community youth programming.
